High Rise
Mechanical systems for residential high rises are one of our main areas of expertise. National Hydronics Group got our start working on plumbing and heating for residential high rises, and we’ve only gotten better with time. As the towers get taller, the systems grow more complex, and we’ve become adept at managing each projects specific needs, taking into account things like space constraints, water pressure regulations, and even gravity. We have helped to create new housing across the Lower Mainland at both affordable and market rates, through high rises, townhouse and condo builds.
Preventative Maintenance Services
Where National Hydronics Group works on mechanical systems for new construction, National Hydronics Limited provides preventative maintenance, modernizing, and emergency services in existing residential and commercial institutions across Metro Vancouver. We are a dedicated and close-knit team, committed to offering the best service possible to the many clients under the umbrella of our care. One of the many ongoing programs we offer in our buildings is high-rise building boiler work and service, which includes a multitude of direct heating manufacturer installs.

About Our Company
Founded in 1973, National Hydronics began as a plumbing and heating contractor for residential high rises. Now with more than 300 completed developments, we offer services across the spectrum of mechanical installations throughout the Lower Mainland. We have worked on high schools and hospitals, movie theatres and office parks, just to name a few, and have also continued to collaborate with developers to build innovative residential and commercial high-rises. With skilled employees and qualified subcontractors, we work to ensure the seamless flow of wo rk between our work and that of our trades to deliver work on time and on budget.
