114 East 4th - M2 at Main Alley

8 storeys of more than 120,000 SF at 114 East 4th Avenue, Vancouver

Vancouver’s Southeast False Creek (SEFC) Neighbourhood Energy Utility provides low carbon heat and domestic hot water for M2. The existing, upgraded energy centre in 11 E 5th Avenue (M3) is also utilized to establish a centralized cooling plant system. Premium end-of-trip facilities are included, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility, common rooftop sky garden, and accessible and secure bike storage.

510 West Broadway

7 commercial storeys with more than 60,000 SF at 510 West Broadway, Vancouver

Prominently located at the intersection of Cambie Street and West Broadway, directly across from the Canada Line Skytrain station of Broadway-City Hall. Retail units provide excellent frontage and exposure to one of Vancouver’s busiest streets. Units are equipped with central heating and great natural light. Each commercial retail unit has local programmable thermostats, and HRVs use exhaust air from the spaces they serve to preheat incoming outdoor air. Two electric hot water tanks keep hot water readily available within 30 seconds of the faucet or fixture being used.

The Robert Lee YMCA features 18,000 square feet of active lifestyle space, three fitness studios, 25-yard indoor UV-filtered pool, steam rooms and hot tubs, and more.

Sapperton Translink Brewery District

29,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail and 236,000 sq. ft. of office space at 290 E Columbia, New Westminster

Located across from the Sapperton SkyTrain station and Royal Columbian Hospital at the previous home of the Labatt’s Brewery, the offices are currently home to the Translink and Transit Police head office. There are also a number of retailers that make the first floor home.

Scotiabank Theaters 900Burrard

Mixed commercial and residential development at 900 Burrard, Vancouver

Found in the midst of Vancouver’s entertainment district, this mixed-use residential and commercial complex is anchored by the Scotiabank Theatre (formerly Famous Players) and includes more than 400 residential units. The residential units have bright and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, with open-concept kitchens and access to a well-equipped fitness room, lounge, theatre, and two rooftop gardens.
