We offer a wide range of services in commercial, residential and institutional mechanical contracting. With our skilled, experienced workers and trade partners, we have completed hundreds of projects across the Lower Mainland. We are there from the moment the start of excavation to the last coat of paint, and - if we are engaged to provide preventative maintenance - beyond that when our service department returns to provide scheduled maintenance.
Commercial Construction
While we got our start with plumbing and heating, National Hydronics now works with the full range of mechanical systems including water and gas supply, wastewater systems, and HVAC installations. Time being a major consideration with all projects, we plan ahead and coordinate our installations to hit our milestones on time and on budget. We also have the skills and experience to coordinate our installations and rough work to ensure that other trade work can flow seamlessly with ours.
Condos & High Rise Services
We have a stellar record of designing and installing complex systems that supply and control heating, cooling, drainage, water, gas, and ventilation to new high rise projects around Metro Vancouver. We work with developers and designers to create homes and businesses that are comfortable, functional, and cost-efficient without sacrificing style, strategically deploying our workforce to work in concert with other trades to deliver quality work on time and on budget.
Repair, Replacement, Videography, Testing and Troubleshooting.
Preventative Maintenance Services
National as part of maintenance or as a separate service replaces boiler, pumps, tanks, chillers, nearly any part of a mechanical installation. Additionally we offer hydro-flushing and pipe auguring to clear blockages, repiping of water piping systems which have met end of useful life, Tenant improvements for commercial spaces and installation of temporary services for new projects. We also are called on to provide troubleshooting of system problems and offer services to improve operation of existing buildings.
