With 44 storeys of 358 residential units, NUVO has an unparalleled view across the twinkling skyline from it’s place at the centre of Burnaby’s growing downtown. Both the concrete tower and wood-frame townhomes offer luxury and warmth—literally. Energy-efficient heating and cooling systems create comfortable air quality and temperatures. Sleek modern bathrooms with dual-flush toilets, glass-encased walk-in showers, and polished chrome fixtures offer a spa-like experience for daily life. Conscientiously designed kitchens provide chrome pull-down faucets and undermount sinks, along with discrete and efficient hood fans.

Located just off Pinetree Way, Diagram is located at the heart of Coquitlam’s commercial hub, with numerous transit and shopping opportunities just a few steps away. Units have their own parking spaces and retail/storefront loading docks, with high foot traffic, and signage for a variety of businesses. Secure bike storage, outdoor terraces on the 5th and 15th floors, and a covered utility deck on the penthouse level are just some of the amenities that will be available for employees to enjoy.

Ho'-kee-melh Kloshe Lum
168 units plus 80 safe shelter beds at 1015 East Hastings, Vancouver
This new Indigenous-focused housing project will support people of all ages, providing multiple housing options as well as gathering and ceremonial spaces, and spaces for Indigenous artwork and installations. More than just a safe place to sleep, the shelter space includes healthy meals and on-site supports including on-site training, education, health and wellness services, and gathering spaces, to ensure that people receive the right level of support for their needs. The building will also incorporate a courtyard, a rooftop multi-purpose room with a shared kitchen and landscaped area, and a multi-level day centre with lounge, library, art studio, and counselling spaces.

36 storeys with more than 350 units in New Westminster
Currently in development, this LEED Silver targeted tower will include studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. Includes a sleek and discrete INNOVA unit that acts as an air conditioner in the summer months and a heat pump in winter. This is our first tower that makes use of these units, rather than traditional risers and thermostats. In addition to a multi-tiered podium wing and underground parkade, 810 Agnes will introduce a new city-owned park with an integrated community space to the local landscape.
