A fully equipped, well-stocked service van is supplied with all the necessary tools needed to perform your work. If specialized tools are required, they are readily available at our office service shop. All service vans go home with each tech daily.

What a typical day as a Service Technician looks like

The technician’s day starts at the arrival of the first call of the day. This also applies if the day starts at our shop/office in Surrey. A typical service day/job for our technicians is quite varied. High-rise building boiler work and service is an ongoing program with a multitude of direct heating manufacturer installs in the many buildings we service.

National Hydronics uses a web-based system to dispatch our technicians, complete work orders and bill our clients. All work orders are dispatched to the technician via a mobile phone and all work orders are completed through this system which is connected to our office dispatch team.
